Shipping & Return Policy

Cost shipping
I offer worldwide shipping. The cost for shipping will be calculated at check-out. If you are interested in a painting and you live outside Europe or the USA, please send an email to studio@francesibink.com so that I can provide you with more information. Most paintings will be shipped from the Netherlands. Please note, for international shipping, border fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged. I cannot control or predict these charges. You, as a buyer, are fully responsible for these additional charges. 

Duration shipping
Shipping will take between 1-2 weeks, depending on your location.

Track & Trace
Once your painting has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code so that you can track and trace your parcel. 

Damages
I am not responsible for any damages after delivery. However, please send an email to studio@francesibink.com if a problem has occurred so that we can find out if and how the damages can be solved. 

Return Policy
All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not available.
