Details for Art Commissions:

Style: as per the “Fields of Love” or “The Art of Living” collection.
Medium: Oil on canvas (“Fields of Love” Style). Or Acrylic on linen (“The Art of living “Style).
Size: must be at least 100x120cm | 39X47”. Typical size options are: 100x120cm, 120x120cm. 120x140cm. 140x140cm. 160X140cm. 180x140cm.
Frame: I currently do not offer framing options for art commissions. You will receive your painting unframed.
Process: after the application process, I will start working on your painting. I will send photo updates of the painting during the process so that you can follow the evolution of the work and share your feedback.
Time frame: for oil paintings, you can expect a +/- 3 months turnaround once your application process moves forward. Acrylic on linen paintings, +/- 1 month. Please note, that this does not include shipping. Shipping takes between 1-3 weeks, depending on your location.

Pricing: commissions start from € 4000 (frame and shipping not included). Shipping costs will be determined by size, weight, and final destination. The painting will be shipped from the Netherlands or NYC, depending on where I am.
Payment terms: 50% deposit upfront. 50% upon completion of the project (before shipping).

Cancellation policy: please note that I will create a painting specifically for you. Cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not available after paying the 50% deposit.
Copyright: all artwork is the sole property of Frances Ibink and is held under copyright. Frances Ibink retains copyright on all images and the right to create and sell prints of all paintings, including art commissions.
