Fields Of Love

It was such a dream to develop the vision for this collection and see it all come to life during the creation process. With the state of the world, I wanted to create a collection that conveys a sense of hope and joy. Each Spring, beautiful fields of wildflowers are popping up in many parts of the world. Out of nowhere, fields are blooming as if they have always been there and will always be. So beautiful. So peaceful. The flowers are slowly and quietly moving in the wind. Sharing their beauty with us. Showing us the beauty of being. Giving a sense of belonging. A moment of peace. A sense of joy and hope for a better tomorrow. That’s all that I felt when I saw the first wildflower field of the year past Spring. It was at that moment that I decided on the name for my new collection: “Fields of Love”. Each oil painting has many layers, brush strokes, and neutral colour shades that make your eyes wander across the canvas.
